When I connect the phone to my computer with a USB cord it won't recognize it. I'm just trying to get some music on it and I thought there was 16MB of internal memory so I wouldn't need a micro SD card?? FYI the user manual PDF is corrupted so I can't use it.

Thanks for the Heads Up on the user guide... Where is the "Corrupted PDF?" I'd like to check it out. Before attaching your Arena to your PC, you'll need to install the drivers, they are on this site in the File Library>>in the Drivers folder. Next go to the Menu>>Settings>>More>>Connection>>USB Connection Mode and Choose Music Sync. This should allow you to get to the internal memory of the Arena... Let me know if this doesn't work

The corrupted PDF is in the file library under ATT-Arena. I did install the drivers but apparently I have to get the MicroSD card before I can put music/files on the phone.

Thanks for the Heads Up on the User Guide! Yes it looks like the Arena only has 150MB of internal memory, and that's probably for application use, so the MicroSD would be the way to go.
