My fiance's chocolate touch screen has many multicolored lines across it, rendering it useless. the phone works fine, just can't read the screen. assuming no insurance or warranty coverage, any idea how much to repair/replace the screen? Thanks.

The Chocolate Touch is less than a year old so you should be covered by LG's Warranty. If you can't get it taken care of under your Carriers support, try calling LG at: (800) 793-8896. They will take care of you.

i would not say that they will take care of you so fast? it shouldn't cost you more then $100 dollars ,just make sure you INSIST on sending them in,and get the names of the people you talk to at customer service,if one isnt so cheery on helping you,dont be afraid to call again ,i have had people tell me some will work with you.though that has not been my experience.just be persistant about it and you SHOULD be alright. good luck greg.
