Does LG Esteem sync with Microsoft Outlook?

Does LG Esteem sync with Microsoft Outlook calendar and contacts? If so how do I go about doing that?

    If you are running on an MS Exchange Server, yes it will.

    If you are using Outlook Express (I think thats what it's called) and a POP or an IMAPI account, then you will need to see if there is a Google Plug in that will work. This plugin should sync Outlook with GMail, to get the Calender and Contacts.

    Can you expand a little more on this method of synching? I have Windows 7 with Outlook 2007 and can't get the phone to synch. Also, is there a way to do this just using Bluetooth? That would be ideal for me.
