My Phone Wont Boot :( Tryed Connceting It To My PC ToDowload An Update With Lg Support Tool But ont Read The SW Version So Dosent Go Though The Whole Updating Proess :/

Not good... What happens when you turn it on? Do you get the LG Logo or just a black screen? Have you tried pulling the battery out of the phone for a few seconds? After replacing the battery, try to power back on and see if it will boot now.

If the phone won't boot the update tool won't help. Besides, I don't think there is an update for the Connect yet. I'd contact your dealer, Metro Support or LG Support to see if they can help LG can be reached at (800) 793-8896
