LG Lotus Camera/Camcorder problems

Hello everyone, Up in till last night, I never had a problem with my lotus (purchased the phone on the day it was available for sale). Yesterday when I was trying to take a picture, it would always return to the "photo options" menu(Same issue with the camcorder). I was wondering if this has happen to anyone else? I stopped by my local sprint store and they told me to contact LG to have this problem fixed? Wondering if someone can help me out with this issue Appreciate any help, -Robert

    Hi Sorry you're having problems but I having problems with the phone itself, buttons on the side to access the camera, music,and the volume.now the screen is distorted and fading. I've only had this phone for a couple of months and Sprint wants to give me a refurbished one and pay $50.00 because it's past 30 days. So right now I'm a little upset with Sprint.
