i have a LG optimues 2 LGE LG-AS680 phono wish i this got in on friday some am new too android Phone i have android 2.3.4 right now on my phone and i be looking evere where and trying too the the new upgrade for my phone wish would be android 4.0 if i cant get 4.0 right now or there any other android updates i can get for my phone like 3.0 or higher but i really would like too upgrade my android too 4.0 from 2.3.4 when will android 4.0 be out for my phone i would like too have the update

Your phone is pretty much up to date. I thing 2.3.5 is the latest version for Android phones. Andorid 3.x is for Tablets. The next big step for phones is Android 4.0. Right now only a very few phones have it, but it is coming out to a select group of phones later this year.

I don't know the release shedule for it's delivery or which phones will get 4.0. Right now it hasn't been announced which phones with get 4.0, so I don't know.... Check with Support and see if there are any maintenance releases for your phone, but I don't think there are. You can download the LG Update utility at the following link and it will allow you to check for updates.

thanks i did talk too live support has they did say i may get the new upgrade but not for some time or weeks but i may get it all so they said my phone is vary new has it came in NOV 2011 so the phone is olny 1 moth old so i sould be geting the new 4.0 upgrade now that i no how new my phone is
all so why the long wait?
