LG Rumor is locked on Rumor main screen

Edit Subject

The rumor we have is stuck on the main screen. It is flashing "Rumor Lifes good LG". Can get past that. Can't turn it off without pulling the battery.

If you purchased your phone less than 30 days ago it is still covered by the provider and should be replaced. If it is outside the 30 days you need to contact LG directly.
