LG Rythmn UX585

I am having a problem on getting music to play on my phone. My sd card when in my computer shows in MY Music folder the music and will play it but when I put the card in my phone,all it comes across is the nothing is in external or internal memory. I will take anyones advice or help. Thanks

    Hi. Did you format the memory card in your phone before putting files on it? If not, it's done by going to Settings> Memory> Card Memory> Format. By doing so, you will lose any files already on the card, but the card must be formatted before the phone can read it. Let me know if it works. Brandon

    On your phone go to the Menu next MultiMedia>> Next Audios>> You should now see your Ringtones... Before you can use them you have to copy them to your internal Memory. Highlight the Ringtone you want to copy then Select options>> Next Copy/Move This will allow you to either Copy or Move Ringtones to your Phones memory and then you can set it as a ringtone.
