My phone has been restarting since 11-7-11.. if your on the SW version ending in ZVC.. i suggest u exchange the phone for a different esteem. its free if you havent had your phone past 30 days.

Which phone do you have? If you have the Esteem, I would do as "theonlymike" suggested and exchange the phone.

I have heard reports into this happening on some of the Esteems and we are working on an update for those who are seeing it.

Let me know what happens.

Yes I have the esteem. I went to the store today and got an update so hopefully that works if not I guess I will be getting a new phone. I love the phone I just hate that it keeps going on and off on me.
