This phone keeps turning itself off. I have never had a cell phone be quite so aggravating. Is there some sort of prgrammable fix anyone knows about?

Hi, Sorry to hear that your EnV2 is shutting down on you. We can go through a few troubleshooting issues to see if we can fix this for you. First check the software version on your phone. You should be on version 04. You can check this simply by going to settings/tools, phone info, sw version. If this is not updated to version 4 the Verizon store can help you with this. Next, go ahead clear out your texts, and move your media stuff like pics, music and so on onto a memory card. Let me know if any of this works for you and we will go from there.

My Chocolate 3 did the same thing. Take it into verizon and they will update the software on it. They did that to mine and it hasn't turned itself off since. Hope I helped!

updating a software to your mobile unit will fix the problem well you can go to the nearest LG or verizon station
