Some phones that are older than the nitro retail be getting jellybean, and we are still running gingerbread. Come on, lg. Give us some love. There are a few bugs on this phone that need to be fixed.

Coming Soon....
Really, I don't have the exact date. But I know it's in testing to make sure it's quality for you Nitro owners.
I have seen some screen shots from the "leaked" beta version a few weeks back. I'm So Excited! -

You'll be able to update through official channels tomorrow. I know you're excited and might be tempted to get it through unofficial methods, but I suggest you wait so you don't risk damaging your phone!
I don't know what time it is supposed to go live, but you can plug into the LG Update Tool any time you want as often as you want to check for the update.
If you don't already have the LG Update tool you can download it here: http://www.lg.com/us/support-mobile/l...

Updated this morning. This is the longest my Nitro has gone without restarting itself since it came out of the box. Not so sure about battery life, but otherwise, so far, so good.

Update. My Nitro has restarted several times, and locked up once. It also shut down, and would not restart even after the battery was removed. After several attempts at rebooting and removing the battery, the phone did come back. After the freeze, I thought the phone had bricked. Since that reboot, I haven't had any problems, but I'm gonna do a factory reset just to be safe. I'll post if there are any more issues.
-
as much as I hate asking people to do it, a factory reset especially after a major OS update is always a good idea.
